We provide you with invoices that give you the level of detail that you need to understand your current directory assistance usage.  We can also provide usage reports that cover all levels of the directory assistance call process, from agent handling time to call fulfillment and data quality – and we can break that data down by location or by any other variable you need. Your invoice data is delivered to you in most any format your systems require.
